Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at quantumlivingtoday1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Quantum Living Today is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
